Stress is something we all face from time to time, whether it's due to work pressures, academic responsibilities, or even managing daily chores and obligations. However, we must manage our stress efficiently so it does not impact our daily functioning in the long run. It’s a normal part of life, but if we don't cope with it, stress can build up and start to interfere with our ability to function effectively. By taking proactive steps to handle stress, we can maintain better control over our emotions, improve our focus, and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Here are some effective stress management tips that can help with everyday challenges:

  • Practice deep breathing: Focus on slow, deep breaths, inhaling for four seconds, holding for four, and exhaling for four. This can reduce cortisol levels and help calm the mind.

  • Engage in regular exercise: Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day—whether it's walking, yoga, swimming, or lifting weights. Exercise releases endorphins, which improve mood and act as natural stress relievers.
