Where it all starts from.....
The name ‘Aapli- Psych’ resonates their love and passion for psychology and their grounding in their cultural roots. The word ‘Aapli’ in the name brings with it a lot of sentimental significance, while in Marathi language, it means ‘Our’; it is also similar sounding to the Modern French word ‘Appliquer’ which becomes the root for the English word Apply. So with a focus to discover and share avenues to Apply Our Psych, Aapli Psych came into being.

The Mind is the reason behind bondage and liberation
We, at Aapli Psych are deeply fascinated with what the mind is capable of. It remains something that we cannot see, but we can always feel and experience. Yet, the mind is something that gives us humans humanness, gives us directions and directs our purpose as humans.
The mind controls us, while still being within our control and that is where our philosophy comes in. That, the mind, our mind, is the reason behind our bondages and it also becomes the reason for our liberation.
Be it any activities that we talk about, our mind is what inspires us, motivates us or also gets us stuck in our pursuit at times. However, it is the same mind that pushes us to achieve our goals and find our solutions
Our Story
Aapli Psych Psychological Services is a meticulous brainchild of two psych-heads, Anuya and Pritesh. From the commitment of these two, to the amazing field of Psychology and Mental Health, we mark our start.
At Aapli Psych or APPS as we fondly call it, we are looking forward to bringing different perspectives in the field and other fields together in order to make Psychology more interesting and fun. And with this aim, we would like to introduce Aapli Psych Psychological Services (APPS) to everyone with an aim to make Aapli Psych one of the leading Mental Health Startups in India.
